Flavoured raclette cheese is a new way of eating raclette.

 

We use time-honoured cheesemaking techniques to produce the cheese and then we add a Smoked flavour, or Mustard and Pepper or Tex Mex. Delicious melted, its handy format means it can also be slapped directly on a nice slice of crusty bread and eaten cold as an appetiser.
