Lomont has a unique flavour that reflects the natural, unspoiled beauty of the Jura mountains, on the slopes of which graze the cows that give their milk to make the cheese. Once it is made, Lomont is matured for another four months before being packaged.
A soft, creamy cheese with a rustic, brown-coloured rind, Lomont is a fine example of French cheese-making expertise.
