Here at Ermitage we do what Nature orders us to do.
In the mountains of eastern France, man bends to Nature’s will. Green, grassy pastures in rolling valleys that in Winter are covered by a mantle of the whitest snow. And despite the ever-widening boundaries of technology, Nature still rules and imposes its rugged beauty.
