Candy Comté lobster

IngredientS

• 4 lobsters
• 200g Comté
• 4 sheets of filo pastry
• 75 g melted butter
• 8 basil leaves
• 1 bunch of chives
• 3 dl olive oil

Preparation

1.Prepare Ermitage Comté and lobsters
2.Cut sticks of Comté +/- 40 g.
3.Peel lobsters
4. Prepare candies.
5.Take a sheet of filo pastry and butter. Place alobster.
6.Cover with a basil leaf, a stick of Comté and, again with a basil leaf.
7.Roll like a candy.
8.Fry with a chip pan or put in the oven at 180 degrees until brown.
