Emmental Bites with smoked salmon and avocado


• 200 g Emmental
• 2 avocados
• 50g smoked salmon
• 1/2 lemon
• some poppy seeds
• salt
• Pepper


In a plate, mash the avocado flesh with a fork. Salt and pepper.
Chop the smoked salmon to obtain small pieces.
Cut the Emmentaler portion into thick slices (about 1.5 cm).
With a coffee spoon made a slight hollow in the Emmental and insert the lawyer and salmon.
Sprinkle the salmon with a little lemon juice and arrange some poppy seeds.

A fresh and delicious appetizer.
