Ham and Comté Wrap, butter and pickle Savora

IngredientS

• 300g County
• 5 sheets of Tortilla 18 cm in diameter
• 5 slices of ham
• 25 pickles
• 80g butter pomade
• 100 g Savora

Preparation

Chop the pickles roping.
Squeeze to remove as much juice.
Blender, mix the softened butter and Savora.
Grate the County.
Spread a tortilla with jam pickles.
Add the ham and grated cheese, then roll tightly.
Trim the ends and cut each wrap in 5.
