Ham/comté skewers


• 6 slices of ham
• 300g Comté
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons honey
• Salt and pepper
• 12 wooden skewers


Preheat oven to 210 ° C (th. 7). Mix the soy sauce and honey.
Cut the ham into 2.
Cheese cutting into sticks of 1.5 cm wide and 8 cm long.
Roll each half slice of ham around each cheese stick and put a wooden picnic in the middle of each stick.
Brush the skewers with honey mixture / soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes in a baking dish.
Salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking kebabs.

Serve hot!
