Palmiers au pesto de Lingot Fleuri  - par Chef Nini

IngredientS

  • 1 pâte feuilletée
  • 1 gousse d’ail
  • 30 g de pignons de pin
  • 4 pétales de tomates confites
  • 35 g de Lingot Fleuri
  • 1 filet d’huile d’olive

Preparation

 

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Pour oil and the lemon juice into a bowl. Salt, pepper and emulsify.

Add melon, cucumber, cherry tomatoes.

Add cubes of Lingot Fleuri and pasta. Mix everything.

Finish by adding chiseled basil.

Serve well fresh.

Tips: You can replace the melon by watermelon. If you want to add meat, we recommend you diced ham.
