Surprise bread with peppers and cheese for raclette

IngredientS

1 loaf of bread
400g cheese raclette without crust
100g of butter
1 red bell pepper

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 170 ° C.
2. Cut the loaf in a grid pattern in the vertical direction without going to the bottom (leave about 1 cm to form a base).
3. Fill the gaps with slices of raclette.
4. Chop the peppers and caramelize in the pan. Insert pieces of pepper in the interstices.
5. Melt the butter and spread it on the bread to brown.
6. Wrap it in aluminum foil.
7. Bake 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
