Tomme of Franche Comté Salted Financiers

IngredientS

  • 50 g of Tome of Franche Comté
  • 70 g tuna
  • 50 g of flour
  • 50 g of hazelnut powder
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 70 g of sunflower oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Grate the Tomme of Franche Comté.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix flour, baking powder, oil and egg whites.
  3. Salt the dough.
  4. Add cheese and tuna crumbled.
  5. Pour into financial molds and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (Th6)
  6. Unmould and let cool.
