Aubergine au gratin

IngredientS

  • 3 aubergines 
  • 200 g grated cheese PlusdeSaveur
  • Oil, salt, pepper
  • Oregano Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

1.Cut 3 aubergines lengthwise.

2. Remove the flesh, chop thinly and mix with the grated cheese PlusdeSaveur, 1 tablespoons oil, salt, pepper and oregano.

3.Stuff aubergine with the stuffing, place them in a baking dish previously oil

4.Pour oil on aubergine and put in the oven.

5.Let cook one hour hot oven th. 7.

 

Serve on a plate with balsamic vinegar
