Braised Endive with Emmental and Cumin Honey


100 g of diced French Emmental
3 endives
2 tbsp. Peanut oil
2 tbsp. Honey
1 pinch of cumin
Salt and pepper


1.Wash the endives and then mince them in the direction of the length.
2.Fryl for a few seconds in a very hot pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Endive must just become translucent.
3. Then, keep them warm.
4.Pour the honey and add the pinch of cumin in the frying pan, reduce to 3 minutes.
5. Then add the endives and dices of Emmental.
6.Brown 2 minutes, salt, pepper and serve immediately.
