Bruschetta with chicory and Racly

IngredientS

4 slices of country bread
4 chicory
1 shallot
50 g walnuts
1 tablespoon of honey
250g of Racly
Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Slice finely the chicories.
  2. Peel and chop the shallot.
  3. Cook the chicoried and shallot in an oiled frying pan for 10 minutes.
  4. Season and add the crushed walnuts and honey.
  5. Continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread this mixture on the slices of country bread.
  7. Place over thin slices of Racly. Give a pepper mill ride.
  8. Cooke for 5 minutes at 180 ° C (Th 6) for the cheese to melt.
