Camembert and raspberry sandwich


  • 4 large slices of Poilâne bread (or 12 slices of country bread)
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 Camembert
  • 4 slices of raw ham
  • 1 small white onion
  • A little chives
  • Olive oil


  1. Peel and finely slice the onion.
  2. Cut the Poilâne bread slices in half.
  3. Place half a slice of ham, a few slices of camembert, raspberries cut in half and a little onion.
  4. Sprinkle with chives and a dash of olive oil.
  5. Close and enjoy.
