Decadent Hamburgers at Mont d'Or by Chef Nini

IngredientS

• 4 hamburger buns

• 1 Mont d'Or Le Montagnon

• 400 g minced beef

• 4 slices of bacon

• Some leaves of arugula

• 8 cherry tomatoes

• 3 tablespoons traditional wholegrain mustard

• 3 tablespoons of honey

Preparation

Melt the cheese in the oven at 180°C (th6) for 15 minutes.

Divide the minced beef into 4 parts and form round steaks. Cook over an open fire on each side.

Cook the bacon slices.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices.

Mix the mustard and honey together. Cover the base of each bun with this mixture.

Add some arugula leaves, tomato slices and steaks.

Put the bacon on top.

Put on each hamburger a tablespoon of cheese.

Close and place in oven for a few minutes.

 

Tips: Put the Mont d'Or on the table and dip in the fries that will go well with these burgers.
