IngredientS

  • 4 thin turkey cutlets
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Marcaire Ermitage
  • A bowl of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • A bowl of breadcrumbs
 

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Place on each escalope a slice of ham and Marcaire.
  3. Fold the escalope in half.
  4. Flour, dip them in the eggs and then in the bread crumbs.
  5. Salt and pepper on both sides.
  6. Cook the cords over medium heat.
