Munster Pork Roast

Munster Pork Roast


• Roast pork of about 1 kg

• 1 Munster 200g

• 1 onion

• 150 ml white wine

• 150 ml cream

• butter

• Pepper


Slice the roast pork and brown the slices in a pan with butter. Put it aside. Brown the chopped onion over low heat in the pan and add the white wine. Ad slices of roast pork. Cover and cook 15 minutes.

In a saucepan, melt the Munster cut in pieces, with cream and a bit of the grav. Put everything in a blender to obtain a creamy sauce.

Arrange the slices on a plate and drizzle with sauce Munster. Serve with fresh pasta.
