Pasta Salad with Lingot fleuri, Melon and Tomatoes - by Chef Nini

IngredientS

  • 300 g short pasta     
  • 1/2 part of Lingot Fleuri
  • 1/2 melon
  •  250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Some basil leaves
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt pepper

Preparation

Cook pasta in boiled water according to the time indicated on the pack. Drain and let them cool.

Cut the flesh of the melon into cubes.

Cut the cucumber into cubes.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Pour oil and the lemon juice into a bowl. Salt, pepper and emulsify.

Add melon, cucumber, cherry tomatoes.

Add cubes of Lingot Fleuri and pasta. Mix everything.

Finish by adding chiseled basil.

Serve well fresh.

Tips: You can replace the melon by watermelon. If you want to add meat, we recommend you diced ham.
