Quarters of caramelized pears with brie


  • 2 pears
  • 125 g of Brie
  • 4 slices of raw ham
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Pepper


  1. Cut the pears in half to keep only the base and then peel it.
  2. Cut it again in 2, remove the core and cut the rest into wedges.
  3. Cut small slices of brie the size of pear quarters.
  4. Melt the honey in a skillet over medium heat and caramelize for 10 minutes.
  5. Let cool and assemble a quarter of pear with a piece of brie.
  6. Surround all with a small piece of raw ham.
  7. Pepper. Serve as an aperitif with peaks.
