Brie stuffed with cranberries and almonds

IngredientS

  • 1 Brie 500 g Ermitage
  • 100 g of mascarpone
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 30 g of flaked almonds

Preparation

  1. Roast the flaked almonds in a skillet without fat for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the mascarpone cream with the cranberries and almonds.
  3. Cut the Brie in half in thickness.
  4. Spread the mascarpone mixture over the brie and close it.
  5. Keep cool until ready for service.

 Serve it at the time of the cheese.
