Carrot Bread with Comté and Ground Coffee

IngredientS

  • 300 g grated carrots
  • 100g of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 70 g of Comté
  • 3 coffee beans
  • Salt pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix in a salad bowl the grated carrots, the flour and the eggs. Salt, pepper.
  2. Add Diced Comté and grated coffee beans.
  3. Mix and pour into a cake tin.
  4. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. You can serve it lukewarm or cold with a green salad.
