Carrot croquette with Tandoori spices for From'Chaud

IngredientS

  • 1 From'Chaud Ermitage
  • 4 carrots (medium size)
  • 4 firm-fleshed potatoes (medium size)
  • 2 tablespoons of tandoori spices
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • Salt


Preparation

  1. Peel the carrots and potatoes and grated them. Cook over medium heat vegetables.
    This recipe was made by Chef Nini.
  2. When they become tender, add the tandoori spices, salt, flour and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Mix and remove from heat. Mix this mixture until you obtain a thick paste. Take a tablespoon and form a dumpling between your hands. Repeat until exhaustion.
  3. Place in the fridge for 1 hour. Take the croquettes again. Roll them in the remaining breadcrumbs. Brown the croquettes in a pan. Meanwhile, prepare the From'Chaud in the microwave or oven as indicated on the packaging Dip the croquettes in the From'Chaud.
