Gratin with spinach and potatoes with raclette cheese

IngredientS

400g of cheese for raclette without crust
800g of potatoes
500g chopped spinach
25cl fres cream
salt
Pepper

Preparation

1. Peel, cut into rings and cook the potatoes for 25 minutes in boiling salted water.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
3.In a gratin dish, spread a layer of potatoes, a thin layer of cream and a layer of spinach. Repeat until reaching the top of the dish. Salt and pepper.
4.Add the slices of cheese for raclette and cover the top of the gratin.
5.Cook around 35 minutes (the cheese should be melted and browned).
