Leek Gratin with Munster


1 munster
6 leeks
20cl of fresh cream
4 slices of ham


1. Preheat your oven to 190 ° C (thermostat 6)
2.Wash the leeks, cut into rings and blanched them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then dry.
3. In a saucepan, boil the munster into small cubes, mix in.
4.Add the cream. Mix for a few minutes to standardize the preparation.
5. Cut the ham into small pieces.
6.Place the leeks in your gratin dish, then the ham and cover with the cream / munster preparation.
7.Cook around 15 minutes.
To be served hot.
