Leeks gratin with ham and raclette Ermitage by Chef Nini

IngredientS

  • 8 white leeks
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 16 slices of raclette • 20 cl of liquid cream
  • nutmeg
  • salt pepper

Preparation

1.Clean the leeks
2. Boil water in a frying pan filled with salted water and plunge the leeks. Let cooked for 20-25 minutes.
3.When the leeks are cooked (the blade of the knife should fit easily into the leeks), place them in a colander and leave to drain for 1 hour.
4.Wrap each white leek with ham. Cut them in half lengthwise. Put them in a gratin dish
5.Sprinkle with liquid cream and cover with raclette cheese.
6.Peper and grate a little nutmeg.
7.Preheat oven in grill mode and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Tips: This recipe works with endive. You can also make this gratin with broccoli and
potatoes. In this case, mix them with the ham cut in dices. Sprinkle with cream and cover with raclette cheese.
