Melted brie toast with salad

IngredientS

1 brie
1 loaf of bread
lamb's lettuce
Vinaigrette
Herbs of Provences.

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 210 ° C (thermostat 7).
2. Cut the bread into thin slices and place a slice of brie, sprinkle with herbs of Provence.
3. Place the toast on a sheet covered with baking paper and bake for about 7 minutes (until the cheese is melted).
4.Place the
lamb's lettuceon each plate, season with the vinaigrette and then gently lay the toast over it.
