1 Munster

3 cl of olive oil

150 g of white onions

puff pastry

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Cut 8 discs in the pastry and put it in the oven during 15 minutes. Mince the onions, peel the shrimps and brown in olive oil.

Remove rind from Munster and melt slowly.

Make 4 discs of puff pastry, garnish with shrimp and Munster. Install a disc of puff pastry over.

Ideal with a salad.
