Pizza with camembert, cranberries and rocket by Chef Nini


  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 Camembert Ermitage
  • 1 handful of dried cranberries
  • 1 handful rocket onion
  • 1 egg for gilding


Spread your base in a circle and place it on a plate covered with greaseproof paper.

Cut it about 5 cm to 4 cardinal points: up, down, left and right.

Perform a hack of the same length equidistant from those already carried out. You have a total of 8 incisions at equal distance.

Incise the Center : do a small cross at 8 branches.

Cut the cheese into 16 parts.

Spread it on the base. Add the cranberries, chopped onion and rocket.

Fold down the ends of each incision over the filling to form a point.

Also fold down the tips of the Center over the filling.

Brush the base with egg yolk diluted with a little water.

Preheat your oven to 200 ° C and bake for 15 minutes.
