Potatoes Stuffed with Morbier and Bacon


• 2 large potatoes
• 4 slices of bacon
• 80 g Morbier Ermitage (to adapted according to the size of the potato)
• Pepper


1.Cook the potatoes to skin and water for about 15 minutes (cooking depends on the size of the potato).
The potato must be barely cooked as it will continue to cook in the oven.
2.Remove the skin from the potato, cut it in half and remove the inside with a spoon taking care not to break it.
3. Place Morbier cut into small cubes inside, pepper lightly, surround the potato with a slice of bacon and put in the oven at 190 ° C for about fifteen minutes.
The bacon will grill and the Morbier will be flowing and you will enjoy.
 Serve warm and enjoy.
