Rabbit Nuggets and Potatoes with From'Chaud by Chef Nini

IngredientS

• 8 Rabbit fillets

• 1 egg

• 1 bowl of flour

• 1 bowl of breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds

• 1 From'chaud Ermitage

• Salt pepper

 

For the potatoes:

• 1 kg floury potatoes

• 4 tablespoons of olive oil

• 1 tablespoon of Provence herbs / basil / oregano

• 1 tablespoon of flour

Preparation

  1. Pan each fillet, first in the flour, then in the egg beaten omelette and finally in breadcrumbs.
  2. Salt, pepper.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and cook over a low heat, turning halfway through cooking. Allow about 15 minutes of cooking time.
  4. Wash the potatoes and cut into 4 without peeling.
  5. Put them in a bowl and coat them with oil and dried herbs.
  6. Sprinkle with flour and mix well.
  7. Put the potatoes on a baking tray with backing paper.
  8. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (Th6) and cook for 30 minutes. Watch for the cooking and return 1 or 2 times during cooking.
  9. Cooked the cheese in the oven according to the instructions.
  10. Serve nuggets and potatoes with From'chaud.
