Salad bowl with harissa chicken balls



Chicken balls :

300 g of chicken breasts
1 egg white
1 slice of crusty bread without rind
1 teaspoon of harissa
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of milk


Vegetables :
50 g of beans
2 carrots
1 zucchini
50 g Emmental Ermitage
1 lemon
olive oil
Salt, pepper


Cut the bread into pieces and wet with milk.
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Chop the garlic.
Whip the egg white to obtain a good foamy mixture.
In a bowl, Add chicken, garlic, harissa, egg white, bread crumbs, drained bread and salt to the bowl of a chopper. Chop finely.
Prepare greaseproof paper on a baking sheet.
Form balls with the preparation. Wet your hands to help shaping.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C and bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the salad:
Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Dip the beans and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain and remove the rind.
Grate the carrots.
Cut the zucchini in tagliatelle.
Cut the Emmental in Tagliatelle in the same way.
Dress in soup plates or bowls, hot meatballs, vegetables and cheese.
Season with a drizzle of olive oil, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
