1 cheese for tartiflette
300g of crozets
1 punnet of bacon
1 onion
20cl fresh cream
salt
Pepper

Preparation

1.Cook your crozets for 20 minutes in boiling salted water.
2. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
3.Brown the onion and bacon, then add the cream and mix.
4. After draining the crozets, add the cream, onion, bacon, salt and pepper then mix.
5. Pour the mixture into a gratin dish. Cut out your cheese for tartiflette in slices and place these cheeses equally on the preparation.
6.Cook for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with a green salad.
