Tartiflette with cod and chorizo by Chef Nini

IngredientS

  • 1  cheese for tartiflette Ermitage -  the original or character.
  • 800 g of gnocchi
  • 350 g of cod loin
  • 20 slices of chorizo in stick
  • 1 onion
  • 15 cl liquid cream
  • 8 cl of white wine
  • Salt pepper

Preparation

In a large saucepan,  boil  water and drop the gnocchi.
Leave cooked as directed on package and drain.
In a large saucepan,  boil  water and drop the cod loin. Cook for 8 minutes then drain.
Peel and slice the onion.
Heat a fry pan without fat and add the slices of chorizo.
Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the white wine and continue cooking over low heat 5 minutes.
Add the liquid cream, the gnocchi and the stripped cod. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix gently and pour into a gratin dish.
Cover with tartiflette cheese sliced.
Heat your oven in grill mode at 200-210 ° C and bake for 10 minutes, while the cheese brown.
