Turkey meatball with From'Barbecue

IngredientS

• 200 g sausage meat

• 500 g of Turkey escalope

• 1 egg

• 1 teaspoon of cumin

• 1 teaspoon of curry

• 1 onion

• 2 From'Barbecue Ermitage

• Salt

Preparation

  1. Chop the Turkey Cutlets and onion in a bowl chopper.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add meat sausage, spices, egg. Salt and mix.
  3. Take a tablespoon of stuffing and surround a stick (stick to ice type) of this meat. Repeat.Barbecue by returning regularly skewers.
  4. Cook also the From'Barbecue following the instructions on the packaging.
  5. Dip the meatball into From'Barbecue.

    Tips: If you don't have a barbecue, you can still do this recipe: Cook the meatball in a skillet with oil and cook the From'barbecue a la plancha by monitoring the cooking.
