A specialty with a crust rubbed with white wine and herbs for the taste buds.

The Ermitage Tome du Lomont has a flavour all its own : This is firstly derived from the wild and well-preserved natural environment of the Jura range which lends its delicious taste to the local cow’s milk, and is further developed through the traditional ageing process lasting several weeks.

If the master cheesemaker has taken so much care to preserve the secret of its rustic traditional rind and it is creamy body, this is with the aim of offering you a chance to enjoy something rare and precious.
