Label Rouge Ermitage Raclette  is produced according to a traditional method, which gives it specificities and a superior quality

The milk used in the production of Label Rouge raclette comes from selected farms, respecting good farming practices.  
The wheels are free from preservatives and artificial colourings and are matured for a minimum of 10 weeks on spruce boards to allow the developpement of aroma.   After refining, the wheels are sselected according to criteria of shape, color, taste and texture of the crust and the dough.

Label Rouge Ermitage raclette is produced by guaranteeing control of all production, safety and traceability.
