  • Mont d'Or Le Montagnon 1 Mont d’Or Le Montagnon
  • doughs 1 pizza dough
  • cherry tomatoes 1 tray of cherry tomatoes
  • mushrooms of Paris 2 large mushrooms of Paris
  • lardons 150g of bacon bits
  • ciboulette A little bit of chive
  • pepper Pepper


  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  2. Heat a frying pan and pour in the lardons and mushrooms. Recombine them.
  3. Cut 6cm circles out of the pizza dough.
  4. Place a spoonful of Mont d’Or onto each pizzette.
  5. Divide the lardons and mushrooms among the ingredients and add the halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6) and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Add a little pepper and chopped chives.
